So the way I see trials going is primarily character driven. There would be a posting order, but it would be interrupted several times because of how the trial goes.
It'd start with a Non-stop debate, and at any time, the next person can be like, wait! Hold on! Then do their rebuttal. After that, whoever they rebuttalled, can respond. And if there is a disagreement, they can go into a cross of swords. Where they both have to argue themselves in so many posts (depending on the situation, we'll choose how many posts), and then there will be a poll in a separate thread to vote who won the debate.
Then it continues on the posting order, picking up where it left off, and continues that way. If someone wants to interrupt the posting order, they get permission from one of us, and then they can interrupt.
There will also be a file in a board that will be made for evidence/truth bullets, where all the evidence is compiled for review whenever one wants to review it.
