Trial Update Rules
As the trial seems to progress, it has become obvious the system is flawed and we're going in circles. That's okay! Its a hit and miss sort of system so we're adjusting. So, we're going to try it out this way instead. Hopefully this fixes the problems we've encountered.
- Posting Order - Let's just see how it goes without one. However, if you are posting, leave a message in the Posting Soon Thread (<--- click that), so that two people don't try to post at the same time. Make sure to post after the last person who posted in there.
This should fix the problem of the slow moving trial. While there may be those who do not get to post as often, it will fix the issue those who go inactive may present of impeding the progress.
However, in main threads that are not trial we will definitely keep with the posting order. This is just a trial exclusive thing. - Posting Format - It will be slightly different than regular posts. This will also help with the speed. Instead of writing longer posts, dialogue, thoughts, and actions will be posted in a shorter way.
Instead of going into detail, just try to cut it down to the bear necessities. Dialogue will be in quotes, thoughts in italics and actions in underline.
For example (A Sample Post from N):
N walked out from the shadows. "I'm sorry, you are wrong." Wow, everyone here is way off of what had to happen. N pointed at the person across from him. "You're the killer." - Stress Bar - So, you want to know if something you say is true or not? That's okay! Everyone will have a stress bar of their own, and if you want to test a theory, put it in bold, and then if wrong, your stress bar goes down. Each person will start with 3 stresses, which can only be lost with being wrong. It goes up to a cap of 3 if you are correct. However, things like 'they are the killer' will not be viable for bolding.
Note: Please Tag either Monokuma or Makoto Naegi or other staff when you bold for stress bar.
For Example:
"N didn't die by hanging, N died when someone strangled N."
Makoto Naegi Posts:Random Person's BarT T T Stress Bar: 3
Results: Pending...

Pending...ACK. That's wrong!Random Person's BarT T Stress Bar: 2 - Evidence - All of it will be presented at the beginning. We will assume that everyone piles evidence together. However, if you would like to withhold evidence, please post on the Evidence Withholding Thread (<---- click here) where it will be withheld from the general knowledge, unless you choose to present it in trial. So basically, your character will know all the evidence except that listed int he Evidence Withholding Thread.
