FTE Planning
As one can only have three free time event threads, one has to pick and choose who they are going to spend time with. This also means that if you want to spend time with someone, but they already filled up their three, then it is too bad for you.
Here, you can list the three FTE's you hope to do, and see if those who you want to spend time with, can or want to spend time with you as well.
There may be a special large thread, but that will not take up one of your three.
Also, plan which FTE you'll do before the motive, and which two will take place after the motive.
