Updated: There seems to be no trace of poison in Penelope, however, her heart seemed to stop suddenly.
The Wounds
| 
|
Each wound seems to be inflicted by the same thin weapon, in a calculated, yet somewhat sloppy pattern, striking at organs and major arteries. As a result, blood has gotten everywhere.
Penelope's Mouth

There is a bit of residue in her mouth, a tiny piece of red apple skin stuck between two of her teeth.

Around the Body
The Apple

A bright red apple found next to the body. There appears to be a bite taken out of it.

Inspecting closely, the area where the apple had been bitten has a slight tint that is hard to notice except when closely inspected; it almost seems like it is out of a tale called Snow White.

Next to the body a bloody scalpel lays slightly covered by the plate. It does not appear to have been hidden at all.

The tip appears slightly dulled, meaning it has been used.
The Plate

Penelope's body was laid out on a large plate, now pooled with blood, however, most of the blood is contained on the plate and there seems no trace of blood anywhere else in the kitchen.
Basket of Apples

There is a basket full of red apples, similar to those found near the body. However, there does not seem to be an apple out of place, nor room for an apple to have been. The Knives

Each knife is neatly in its place. Each seem fairly shiny, dry, and not one is missing from the knife block itself.
Scrap of Paper

Seeming to have fallen in the blood pooling around Penelope's body, there is a bloody scrap of paper, seeming to be torn from a large piece of paper.

Penelope's Room

Underneath Penelope's bed lies a giant purple teddy bear looking as though it needs a hug, staring with its eyes right into the soul of whoever looks at it.

Upon Penelope's desk, there is a picture of the group of friends, drawn with pencil, incomplete. Each person seems happy, though there seems to be water stains in fairly circular in shape.

Missing Syringes

When examining Angie's medical supplies, it appears that there are a couple missing. If one were to compare these to the ones found in the storage room by Arare and Jun they would be exact match.
Basket of Apples

There is a basket full of red apples, similar to the one found near the body. However, there does not seem to be an apple out of place, nor room for an apple to have been there. This basket is placed on the nightstand next to Angie's bed. Empty Morphine Bottle

Among the drugs that Angie keeps, there is one bottle that is completely empty, labeled morphine. There are other bottles with the drug still presumably inside, but one bottle is completely empty. |

Storage RoomPoison and Syringes

Hidden in the cans and cans of food lies a bottle of poison (unmarked unlike those on the other side with the medical supplies) with used syringes next to them. It looks as though there is still residue of a poison in the syringes. If one looks closely, however, these syringes seem to belong to Angie Elisaveta.
*Updated Jun Exclusive Evidence*
Upon inspection, Jun would find that the poison found next to the syringes matches that in the Monokuma's Own. The syringes seem to have traces of Monokuma's Own as well inside them. This seems to indicate that both were used, and used together.
Poisons

Found on the shelves by the medical supplies, there are various different poisons abound. From one's that cause one's heart to stop, to those who cause one's throat to swell up and close.
*Jun Exclusive Evidence*
There is one poison, however, labeled 'Monokuma's Own' that has no instructions, or what will happen if it is taken, but says 'will leave no trace'.

There is a basket full of red apples, similar to the one found near the body. However, there does seem room for an apple to have been there, now missing. This basket is placed on the nightstand next to Asher's bed. Blood in the Sink

When one looks in the sink, in the bathroom connected to Asher's bathroom, there is a tiny bit of blood at the bottom of the sink and a couple of spots along the side of the sink. |
