(OOC: I'll open this for about 2 or 3 people.)
Kaneko never had any trouble when she had to move to Hope's Peak Academy. It pained her a lot to close down the shop in her home village, but she thought that the prestigious school would be a great way to make cash. There was also the possibility of buying rare or unusual objects from others.
Nevertheless, she decided to invest her income from several years back into a moderately sized house, which was going to be her shop from now on. That was also the place she lived at until her true life as the Super High School Level Shopkeeper began.
After several hours, Kaneko was finally finished with sorting her inventory and putting everything on display. The shop had a holiday section, where she sold decorations for various holidays, such as Christmas, Easter and Halloween. That section had regular sales all year long, up to 50% off any item if it wasn't the season yet.
Then there was the food section along with the magazine section. By their lonesome, these two sections weren't that big. Just a few snacks and not a lot of magazines. Lewd magazines were there too, but they were behind the counter. She wouldn't sell them to minors anyway.
There were also sections for baths and showers, for board and video games, general decorations and finally a small machine which let customers print out photos for a very small price.
Kaneko herself was behind the counter and made some signs so that people would be interested in spending money there. She hung them outside the store. One sign said 'Open.', with the word 'Closed.' on the sign's backside. A second sign said 'Open from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 8 PM.' and a third said 'Don't try to steal. The consequences will be severe.'
Now, she waited for her first customer in order to greet them with a smile and the sentence 'Welcome! How may I help you today?'. She hated doing it, but it was the best way to get someone to do business with her. As long as nobody attempted chit-chat, it'd be fine.
