Arare and Jun in the Storage Room
Upon entering the storage room, one this is definitely for sure: there are cans and cans and cans of different foods around in the room.
However, on the shelves, there are various items, from ropes to bottles of unknown composition, along with medical supplies, and a pile of plastic tools, and some metal tools.

((since people have started to find stuff in the main thread, I'll just be nice and start this here.))It felt so recently that the two of them had been in this very room. although not much came of investigating then, this time would be different. Jun had snuck out of the dining hall and had signaled Arare to follow. It's not like them announcing their destination would contribute much. "You think they'll be mad we just snuck out?" Jun coudln't help but laugh softly at his own joke. Let the investigating begin!The detective rummaged his pockets "not there...., or there...." He checked his jacket and sure enough, out came a pair of gloves. "Just a precaution." After a deep breath the detective opened his eyes and sharpened his body and mind. "Let's get this underway. Arare would you be so kind as to check the food shelf. I'll look at the rest of these." Giving special attention to the ropes, medical supplies and the plastic and metal tools. He made sure to not his findings in his notebook. Jun had to try hard to hide the excitement and the smile on his face, but this is what he was good at. This is what made every fiber of his being shiver. A good old murder. "Best not let too many notice, it could get ugly if I did.."

Arare had sneaked off to follow Jun. That was a bit exhilarating. She rarely got the chance to be so sneaky so this wasn't a bad experience. It was more her sister's area of expertise.
Jun pulled out a pair of gloves and then divided up the work area. Arare would want to give the whole room a look over, just in case she got lucky and spotted something he didn't, but starting on the food was good enough. "Sure, Mr. Detective," Arare said taking a few steps towards the food shelf before stopping and looking at him for a moment. She took a deep breath. "Relax. I know this is what you do for a living. I'm not gonna complain if you get a little excited. I know it's to find the Truth and not because you killed her or anything. At least... Get it out of your system now while you can so you don't weird out the others."
And with that, Arare went to continue the investigation on her end. The last thing she needed was him holding back and missing something.

Hidden in the cans and cans of food lies a bottle of poison (unmarked unlike those on the other side with the medical supplies) with used syringes next to them. It looks as though there is still residue of a poison in the syringes. If one looks closely, however, these syringes seem to belong to Angie Elisaveta.

Found on the shelves by the medical supplies, there are various different poisons abound. From one's that cause one's heart to stop, to those who cause one's throat to swell up and close.

There is one poison, however, labeled 'Monokuma's Own' that has no instructions, or what will happen if it is taken, but says 'will leave no trace'.

Within the medical supplies, it looks like there is a pile of metal scalpels identical to the one found next to the body.

The Detective pulled out the conspicuous bottle labeled Monokuma's own. "Would you look at that.... This is quite something now isn't it?" He turned to face his partner, holding the poison firmly. "Will leave no trace of usage. And if I'm not mistaken, we currently have a mysterious cause of death. Could be what we need. Could be, keep that in mind.." he smiled with joy. If this was what used to kill Penelope, than surely presenting this would force a reaction out of someone besides the bear. "How are things on your end?

Arare stepped back away from the food shelf with her hands up in the air. "I found some syringes that may have been used with that poison you just found." She pointed at them. "I'll let you handle picking them up. You have gloves after all. Don't need my Fingerprints all over them. I also don't want to touch used syringes that may hve been used for poison without some protection. I may be incredibly lucky, but I'm not stupid."
She stepped more away from the shelf and gave one last look around the room in case she found something by chance, but if not then they could try investigating somewhere else next.

"Needles eh? Could fit with the poison. Let's check BOTH for traces of use." He first inspected the poison closely, then checked the needles.
"What do we do after this?" Jun asked. "I doubt we have much time left.."

*Updated*
Upon inspection, Jun would find that the poison found next to the syringes matches that in the Monokuma's Own. The syringes seem to have traces of Monokuma's Own as well inside them. This seems to indicate that both were used, and used together.
