Paris and Lucca in the Kitchen
Penelope's body lay on a white plate pooled with blood. Her body is cut up, and her skin has odd blemishes. Next to her is an apple with a bite taken out of it, and a bloody scalpel lays next to the plate, slightly hidden by the plate itself. Penelope's mouth is slightly open.
In the kitchen, there is a counter with a knife block, and a refrigerator full of food. There is a basket of apples on the counter perfectly stacked.
((Now Chiv or Minion, since Lucca is their partner, would post a reaction to it, and can have Paris or Lucca investigate into the details of the above desciption, by RP'ing their thoughts when looking into it, where a table like the MK file will be posted after further investigation.)) |

Lucca looked around the kitchen, a place that was used for preparing the finest dishes, but this time it was used to prepare everyone's despair. Lucca kept his eye out for something that could be useful for the investigation. He was new to this whole investigating thing, so he wasn't exactly sure what to do.
As Lucca scanned the room, he noticed something peculiar on the counter, a basket of apples. The apples in the basket looked like the one that was next to...the body. Lucca walked over to the basket, wanting to examine it further.

There is a basket full of red apples, similar to those found near the body. However, there does not seem to be an apple out of place, nor room for an apple to have been. |

Paris glanced at the dead girl with pain clouding their light eyes, looking away quickly. The discoloration...was it just from being dead? Or had something else transpired? Nevertheless, it wasn't the site of their interest. The Librarian quickly approached the knife block, pulling them out and inspecting them one by one. Somehow, the bloody scalpel in plain view did little to convince them.

Each knife is neatly in its place. Each seem fairly shiny, dry, and not one is missing from the knife block itself.

Paris frowned at the knives, shaking their head in annoyance. Clean. So...the scalpel really was the murder weapon. With a sigh, the Librarian pulled the apple from their pocket, holding it close and inspecting it. There had to be something more here. A murderer wasn't going to leave some half eaten apple at a crime scene full of potential DNA. Who knows what Jun or Angie could do with it?

A bright red apple found next to the body. There appears to be a bite taken out of it.
*Paris Exclusive Information*
Inspecting closely, the area where the apple had been bitten has a slight tint that is hard to notice except when closely inspected; it almost seems like it is out of a tale called Snow White.

Lucca sighed, disappointed about how he didn't find much from the basket on the counter. He turned away and headed over to the fridge, thinking that the killer may have hidden something inside there. And hey, there isn't anything important in there, he could always get a little snack.
