[googlefont=Raleway] [attr="class","riseandfall"]✦HELLO DESPAIR! [attr="class","riseandfall2] "Stop wight there!" A small voice echoed throughout the town, seemingly omnipresent. It was the strangest sound one could hear - a voice not so obnoxious as Monokuma's yet possessing an authoritative tone the bear did not own. Where did it come from? Suddenly, a tiny figure appeared as if from thin air, floating down to the class with angelic purity and with the golden sun beaming heavily upon curious eyes, it was difficult to describe. Until it dawned upon them. The tiny figure was similar to Monokuma, yet graced with a heavenly hue rather than the inky blackness of the bear. Furthermore, this small being with silky white wings had long ears with a ornate rod in hand. "Twying to take my bewoved students from me, how could you!" The magical being shouted, shaking that intricate wand unsteadily at the monochrome bear. "I won't wet this happen! I banish you to wwive a wife as heap of junk!" The end of the wand illuminated with myriad of colour, explosive with an fantastic aurora as it swirled around the magical rabbit. As she fluttered above everyone, the white rabbit gave a single wink before unleashing the full magnitude of her strength. It gave quite a kick as a vibrant pink beam exploded from the end of that magical wand and shot Monokuma right in that ridicuous red eye of of his. "Oops! A miss!" Alas, she wasn't be best shot, but still a good hit nonetheless. It also managed to usurp Monokuma's control of this place and his... disgusting hopefulness. So, two birds with one stone? As hastily as the magical rabbit disappeared from the blue sky, she reappeared behind Monokuma with welcoming kick to his posterior - the air of dominance was thick. "Wisten up, students! My wittle brother suffered a injuwy. That means I will be the new sensei; Miss Usami! I bid you welcome to the Town Wife of Despair~!" The atmosphere surrounding the students grew stale, permeated with a despicable taste of uneasiness and insanity. Miss Usami gave one fleeting glance to her new students, placing a paw over her mouth with a satisfied expression. "I hope we become good fwiends... [attr="class","stotal"] [attr="class","shover"] [attr="class","stagged"]@tagged [attr="class","sbox"] Oh...
Oh my God.
This was preposterous. Insane. Absolutely ludicrous. Was anyone really supposed to take this at face value? There were a few others playing along earlier...idiots. The lot of them. How was anyone - anyone sane, for that matter, supposed to taket his seriously? How would anyone even think about going along with this stupid, absolutely stupid prank?
Now there was a pink rabbit...thing in the mix. Was the lisp intended to be cute? It just made it sound mentally impaired and childish. The outfit it was in brought to mind those idiotic animated shows her generation was infatuated with, the ones that oversexualized young, sometimes prepubescent girls and were designed to be eaten up by pedophiles who denied their sexual urges by replacing them with two dimensional children. If it's form was that of a young girl instead of an unsightly, somewhat fat rabbit, this would be straight out of one of those terrible programs.
Haruka stayed silent, though her level of anger was steadily increasing. How much longer was this skit going to play out? How much longer would she have to sit and watch the very idea of Hope's Peak be lambasted and ridiculed? When would the headmaster come in and welcome them into the academy? If this went on for a minute longer...

This day just kept getting more and more confusing. There was just so much to take in and try to figure out what was going on. Lost memories, stranded in a caged town, some weird bear thing that was suppose to be the mayor of said town? Was that pink thing also part of the plan, or was it an outsider? There was just so much going on. None of it even seemed related to the academy she last remembered. Her brain felt like it was going to burst out and go alien all over their asses. The more she thought about the situation the angrier it made her. Erin was a girl of action, not words. She wanted answers, and she wanted them NOW.
She took a step towards the creature, "Ok Miss Usami, You just destroyed the person who had the answers I needed. Lets just make this pain free, alright? Tell me what the FUCK is going on and HOW THE FUCK I CAN LEAVE HERE!?!" Erin shouted. She was trying to keep her cool but her temper won out at the end.
If this thing didn't give her any new info it was going to be kicked right over the giant metal wall. Or rather, whatever would be left of her after the blunt force of her foot got through with her.

[attr="class","biggieno"] [attr="class","textieno"]Ai winced when she saw the blue-haired girl's outburst. Still cradling Koharu with her left hand, she walked over to her, the poor girl, and timidly tried to place a hand on her shoulder. “Everything's going to be alright.” reassured Ai, though even her own voice betrayed the uneasiness she felt. Her prior feelings of joy were overwritten by the growing tension in the crowd, a black fungus that kept spreading from one to the other. Putting on her best attempt at a smile, she looked warmly into the blue girl's frantic eyes. "Hello there, I'm Ai. I don't think we've met before, but the way you dress is really cute. Did you design it yourself?" [break]
And the conversation would have continued further, if not for the Usami. At the sound of a "Stop wight there!", she turned back around. She watched with a growing sense of anxiety as the rabbit assulted Monokuma, the monochrome messenger of Hope. "What are you.. Stop!" she cried out, wanting to step forward to help but held back by frozen legs. The magical display was horrible to watch, yet her shock-filled eyes stayed fixated on this cruelty. A final kick delivered onto the bear's dead husk brought out from her another painful scream. The bear promised her the fulfillment of her dreams, to make real the few wishes her heart holds dear. [break]
"No.." [break]
'Everything's.. everything's still going to turn out the way we want it to, right?' questioned Ai, an unspoken inquiry echoing in her mind. The breaking of Monokuma didn't mean her dreams won't come true, right? This rabbit talked about getting along, so maybe it'll all be alright? With that latter thought reassuring her just slightly, her eyes slowly opened up. Staring at the window to the doll's gentle soul, an idea sprung to mind. Her smile came back, satisfied with the newfound conclusion. She'll.. she'll just have to take matters into her own hands. You don't need the help of bears or rabbits to forge long lasting friendships. And maybe the rabbit won't even turn out bad, right? Everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves good, and that goes for Usami too.[break]

The day has finally come. The Ultimate Motivational Speaker... being absolutely speechless. First there was a black-and-white bear talking about laws and various other things. Then he blinked once and now the bear was replaced by a white rabbit thing in a short frilly pink skirt with a magical wand.
Was that... thing... supposed to be a magical girl of some kind? Sasuke did not know what to think or what to feel, aside from utter confusion. That object called itself 'Usami' and 'their new sensei'. Sasuke scratched his head.
"Just what is going on? I am lost...", he thought.
A few of the other students seemed distraught and/or angry as well. Especially the girl with the red hair who spewed profanity at the rabbit. Even if she had a peculiar way of communicating with it, she was right.
"This is the strangest day of my life. I do not think anything can ever be stranger."

What the fuck was going on? First there was the stupid stuffed teddy bear with a ‘let’s all get along’ attitude. How about no? Let’s not all get along and let’s all just fucking work on a way to get out of this godforsaken town. Yuki was looking around, seeing the wall in the distance that blocked the outside world. Shit. He wondered what his parents would think if they saw him now. Stuck in a place, surrounded by a bunch of fools, and not doing his duty to taste all the dishes in the world. He’d either tear down places with a scathing review, or, most of the time, he’d teach them how to get their act together so they were at least worthy of calling themselves ‘amateur’ chefs.
And then of course a pink bear came down and seemed to take over everything and Yuki just stood there with his mouth open. “Oi! Sailor marshmallow puff!” Yuki scoffed at the not very scary bear, his anger fuming beneath his reddening face, slowly taking a step towards the pink bear. “I’m going to kick your ‘love too much whip cream on your pie’ ass over that fucking wall and straight down to fucking hell if you don’t tell me what the fuck is going on!”

fly me to the moon & LET ME LAY AMONG THE STARS Ah, it was another Alice! But... bigger. Life-sized, a living, breathing Alice. Or perhaps, was she an angel? Such pretty blonde hair and blue eyes... Those were things you didn't typically see around in Japan. So... a foreigner? But her name sounded Japanese, so it didn't matter after all! Smiling sweetly at the girl and her little one, Ayaka returned the greeting with a giggle. "She is! Nice to meet you, Kuwagachi-san! My name is Ayaka. Umino Ayaka."But that happy note quickly faded away, when a black and white teddy bear jumped out of nowhere. Mayor Monokuma... Ayaka thought his design was cute. The fact that a teddy bear could walk and talk to them, however, only cemented the mangaka's belief that this town was a dream world. Memories, rules... Such an interesting dream. Like a fairy tale. Hey, maybe when she woke up, she could create a series based on this dream! As other students panicked and cheered, Ayaka only smiled dreamily, quieting down to observe the rest of her companions. There was such a variety of characters that she wanted to be able to capture them all on paper properly when she woke up again. Things got stranger and stranger (though not really in a bad way) when an angel rabbit appeared and shot down the mayor!? Shocked, Ayaka brought her arms up to shield herself from the gust that swept away from the fallen bear. For the first time, she felt something like confusion stir within her, though it lacked alarm, as she still didn't see what there was to fear about the situation. To Ayaka, everything was still all unreal, a story, pure fiction. Finally rising to her feet, the girl swayed a little unsteadily before tottering over to a red-haired boy, who had begun to scream obscenities. Of course, he wasn't the only one, but he seemed to be the closest and the easiest to calm, so she turned her attention to him instead of his polar opposite, the blue-haired girl. Hands hovering nervously near the other boy's shoulders, unsure of where to place them (he was a stranger, and she did actually have a sense of personal space), Ayaka flashed him a worried but soothing smile. "Hey, it's okay, relax. No need to be violent. I'm sure Usami-sensei will explain in due time. For now, wouldn't it be better if we all calmed down and got along? Everything will be okay." If this were a dream... And even if it wasn't (because somewhere, Ayaka knew it wasn't), everything was sure to work out in the end. That was just how life worked. your worst nightmares are my greatest fantasies Rie felt betrayed, ridiculed and left to her own demise. No one answered when she called out this experiment; no doctors or orderlies. Not one person in a lab coat came to calm her outburst or destructive behavior. No one. It was just her and a bunch of other students left alone with a teddybear. She wasn't fond of sharing. The blue-haired devil couldn't bear the silence. Someone must be watching them. Watching her. Rie wanted to take a closer look around despite her aggressive mood acting up, but something stopped her entirely. A unwelcoming touch that felt very, very familiar. “Everything's going to be alright.”The voice was young, sweet and almost innocent. It reminded Rie of her own voice when she was younger except it was more pleading rather than comforting. The pleading; the merciless onslaught of tears coming up from the corners of her ruby eyes. At the time, they wouldn't stop. They didn't listen to her as she begged. They... just kept... "Don't. YOU. FOCKING TOUCH ME!" she growled like a feral animal, twisting around to face the person who put their disgusting fingers on her shoulder. Rie paid no attention to the words that came after. In fact, she wouldn't give two shits on what anyone had to say at this point. No one is going to touch her again. Ever. Her hands were balled up into fists, immediately raising one to give in return, but things just turned for the better. The noisy black and white bear had fallen, taken out by the most colorful beam of light she ever did see. What happened to the bear, who knows. But, in its place, another one had sprung up. It was a white talking rabbit; a toy of some sort. Maybe? Whatever it was, it managed to completely change her from a most violent phase into one of awe. A TALKING STUFFED RABBIT WITH LONG EARS BEGGING TO BE RUBBED. HOW IN THE ACTUAL FUCK COULD ANYONE BE MAD AT THAT!? Rie was completely enamored, pushing past the the girl who touched her and pair of shouting morons who obviously had anger issues. Idiots. Don't they see how amazing this.. this... USAMI was? The little bow on its ear, the frills on its skirt and the freaking wings. Someone completely went all out at Build-a-Bear and she wasn't mad at all. It was the most adorable thing ever. Even the way it talked was just to die for. These people MUST be crazy not to like this talking Miss Usami doll! "I hope we become good friends too, Usami-san!" Rie cried out happily, becoming a child almost instantly. @open || 445 || omfg she's just flips on a dime soz MEL @ GS [googlefont="Satisfy"]

[googlefont=Raleway] [attr="class","riseandfall"]✦HELLO DESPAIR! [attr="class","riseandfall2] @open All the reactions were varied. Some were amazed of such a grand entrance, a few some left enthralled and speechless and the remaining two blurted out nothing, but obscenities. Yet, here they were - all sixteen students. This angelic form of Despair and cuteness cannot be fooled by any talent. This was her domain, meaning there was no place unseen from her watchful eye. Miss Usami was simply delighted, brazen with absolute control within her paw. However, there were some thick skulls among this group that needed to knocked on. Particularly, one young Miss Baron who was foolish enough to take the step. "Ok Miss Usami, You just destroyed the person who had the answers I needed. Lets just make this pain free, alright? Tell me what the FUCK is going on and HOW THE FUCK I CAN LEAVE HERE!?!" Oh joy. It hadn't been a single day here in this lovely town and her students already wanted to leave, dispassionate of this excursion away from home. Well, that wasn't very grateful at all. So, with tiny arms outstretched to every living body, Miss Usami gleefully spoke over young Miss Baron to address what everyone definitely had upon their stupid human minds. "That's the gweat thing! No one can leave! Aww of you will wive out your natural wives in this pwetty wittle town." The short white rabbit chimed with a positive mood to match. "Soooo, I wouldn't wecommend stepping any cwoser to those huge, nasty walls. I wouldn't want any of my students made into Swiss cheese!" Without a moment's notice, the gigantic wall churned to life, with steel grating upon steel with a horrendous screech. Upon the rampart, large, intimidating gatling guns rose into a single line with sights aimed straight into the quaint town. The lifeless optical lens attached to the side of each gun spurned to life, emitting a sinister red glow. "This is a learning expewience, students. Pway by the ruwes and you might wive to see 80. But, that's no fun either! Each and evewy one of you bweathe talent, thus giving you all a chance to wise among the rest to gwaduate! Gwaduation means I'll be kicking your cute, wittle patooties outta this town and into the wesponsible world that awaits! Stwive to excel, dearies! The only way to leave is.." Sasuke groaned. "It is apparent that I should have saved my speech for this occasion, but alas..."
The strange Usami creature told them in a hard to listen baby-talk voice that they were stuck in the town, and trying to leave prematurely would end with the students being gunned down by turrets. At least, that's what the Motivational Speaker understood.
Then there was something about everyone being talented and a way out. Before Sasuke could form a coherent thought, the doll thing told everyone that they had to... kill?
"Foul creature!" Sasuke yelled. "Graduation is honorable, but murder is not! Surely it is not as easy as it seems?" Sasuke could feel it in his bones that simply killing someone in order to 'graduate' was too easy. "Speak at once! What is it that you're hiding from us?"
"And please do learn to cease the baby talk. It damages my ears beyond repair..."

Erin froze in her spot. She was terrified. What was happening? What should she do? Normally if something went wrong all she had to do was either apologize or get her family to help her. This was like nothing she ever faced before. This went against her entire life. She couldn't just work hard and escape. there were no goals to accomplish. It was just like a real life horror movie, she hated those things!
She heard sound coming from the motivational speakers mouth but her brain didn't register what was said.
Sweat began to drip down her face. Her flight or fight instinct kicked in. Adrenaline rushed through her veins. She had to get away from all this. She had to escape. Never had she felt so determined of anything in her life.
Despite Usamis previous warning, she bolted towards the walls, hoping to find some way out.
There was so many people that relied on her. Her parents needed their little girl, her sister needed her to remind her that it was ok to look after yourself sometimes, her teammates needed her guidance. Sure, she could be hot headed at times, but she is only like that so stuff gets done!
She didn't want to murder. She didn't want to be here. She didn't want to die.

[googlefont=Raleway] [attr="class","riseandfall"]✦HELLO DESPAIR! [attr="class","riseandfall2] Everything was sailing smooth thus far. The children were placated more or less once she gave them the ultimatum and no has dared laid a finger upon Miss Usami. This outcome pleased the white fluffy rabbit, stifling a fit of giggles with a tiny paw. Unfortunately, Mr. "Loudmouth" Sukiyami just had to interrupt such a important moment for all of them, questioning the very idea of graduation. Wasn't it simple? Didn't she just explained this earlier to the- oh, wait. She had mistaken this group with the others. Being omnipresence tends to disrupt the perspective, blending four different scenarios seamlessly together if she wasn't aware. "Details, details, Mr. Sukiyami. I'll get two it bwiefly-" Miss Usami cheerfully replied, but was cut short when loud footsteps trailed off away. she blinked several times, slightly baffled until she saw the sight before her; young Miss Baron fleeing. "Oh dear. Some one didn't wisten to the teacher! Upupupupu~" As the toy snowy rabbit spectated the scene along with her students, the left inky blackness of her eye brightened into a shining crimson stare, sparking the ornate rod within her paws alive. It sparkled with a fantastic array of colours and the atmosphere around the rabbit grew bleak. Then, the distant sound of whirring machines broke the silence. Merely a split-second had passed until the rotating cannons spun into a frenzy, finally spitting out the hot lead whizzing past the air towards poor Miss Baron. There was no running away from here and no escape from thousands upon thousands of rounds ripping through body like tissue. It was graphic - too graphic to describe such a terrible display to lay eyes on. It wasn't long until a indescribable heap of waste was left, fresh and shredded like roast beef. The rotating barrels stopped spinning, red hot from the amount of energy it had expelled. Miss Usami appeared beside Miss Baron, glancing down at the heap with a perplexed expression. "Uh? That doesn't appear wike Swiss cheese at aww!" She protested with a huff, poking at the mess with the end of her rod, "Oh well, where was I? Oh yes! Gwaduation! Sooooo, in effort to weave, you must kill someone! BUUUUT, you must do so without being caught! Being caught means punishment! PUNISHMENT IS DEATH! Isn't that gweat?!" The white flashy rabbit twirled upon a stubby leg, spreading out her wings for more appeal. "BUUUUT~ even that isn't simple enough! You take someone's wife and the other students might suspect a culpwit! It is their goal to find the fiend and convict them during a twial! If the accusation is wight, I'll dole out ultimate punishment! If the accusation is wwong, everyone gets punished except the real culpwit! [attr="class","stotal"] [attr="class","shover"] [attr="class","stitle"]WE'RE NEVER GOING BACKWARDS WE'RE NEVER GROWING YOUNG WE'RE NEVER COMING BACK HERE REMEMBER, LOVE'S NOT IN OUR HEARTS [attr="class","stagged"]@tagged [attr="class","sbox"] Haruka sighed.
Really, that was all she could do.
Now the rabbit thing was advocating murder. Of course, she wouldn't stoop to this level. Did she have urges? Yes. Did she sometimes do things she shouldn't? Yes. But she would never stoop as low as murder.
More babbling from everyone. The foreigners cursing loudly in slurred and far-from-perfect Japanese. The one or two people (who, 'coincidentally', were Japanese) staying calm and smoothly refuting the rabbit witch. The especially loud Western girl who made a bolt for the metal walls - were they there before? It certainly seemed like they popped out of thin air. How much was this silly little prank costing? It took dedication.
Speaking of dedication, Haruka couldn't take her eyes off of the girl bolting towards the walls, while the president had her arms folded over her dress. She watched with fascination as she strode so quickly, so fiercely towards the metal walls. Her eyes darted to the absolutely massive machine guns that clicked and whirred to life, trailed this girl's body, and opened fire.
She watched in a sort of strange wonder as the bullets from the guns pierced the girl's body.
She noticed the grass becoming stained with blood.
She wondered how big the bullet that burst open the girl's skull and spread bits of grey matter, bone, and hair over the ground would have to be.
When the bullets stopped flying and the broken, burst corpse of the girl fell to the grass, spilling viscera and bits of flesh and cloth from the open wounds, and blood started oozing out of the multiple holes in the girl's body, along with the large hole in her skull, Haruka finally realized that this wasn't a prank.
The girl - not a robot, not a mannequin, not a ballistic dummy filled with fake blood and organs, an actual person of actual flesh and blood - was dead.
Something struck a chord deep within Haruka's brain.
She stood frozen, her body icing over and her heart all but stopping.

Her eyes went wide. Her pupils shrunk to the size of pins. Her bones became laced and rigid with steel. The moisture on her skin became cold with ice.
For the first time in her recent life, Haruka was absolutely afraid.

Well this was all certainly shocking.
First the Bear was taken down by a Rabbit, then the Rabbit said they had to kill someone else to get out, and that trying to would be... Deadly, and then as if proving that... someone tried to run away only to be stopped by the very Gatling Guns that were to keep them there. It really did seem like the only way out of this place was to do as the Rabbit said: Murder someone.
Kumori let the idea float in her mind for a moment. Out of everyone here, from the calm to the vulgar to the mentally unstable, she would probably be the best at that task. The hardest part would be making people not instantly suspicious of the Ninja in their midst as the killer...
Buuuuut... No. Murder wasn't an option. Murder and Assassination were different. Wanton Murder wasn't what she was trained to do, and a Murderer wasn't what she was trained to be. Just because she was the best at killing here didn't mean she had to do it.
The Super High School Level Shinobi continued her silent observation of this craziness.
