The Town Hall
A large building in the center of town. There is a garden surrounding it, and inside everything seems abandoned, but not broken, as if people just stopped going there. There is a large clock tower, though the door to get to the clock tower is locked (though one may be able to pick it).
The clock on the clock tower is stuck at one time: 7:45. Inside the building there is a courtroom, a couple of offices, and a larger office with the nameplate: Mayor Maeda. Inside, all the file seemed to be replaced with blank paper.
