The first thing Lucca did was look for the dining hall to confirm that there was no food there. He had some trouble finding it, but he got there eventually. His breathing was heavier than usual, out of fear that there was really no food there. He searched, in every cupboard, drawer, and in every nook and cranny. For anything, anything to confirm the bear was lying about the food. But...he found nothing. There was no food, nothing.
He could feel the tears starting to form in his eyes, everyone there really was going to starve. Lucca couldn't believe this was all happening, he was going to die on a boat in the middle of the ocean and his family won't ever know what happened to him. He took a seat in one of the chairs at the table, and laid his head down on the table and closed his eyes, hoping to wake up in his bed, away from this whole situation. He tried to think happy thoughts and stay positive. His mother always told him to stay positive even when times are hard. And god knows that staying positive was hard right now.
Lucca's head suddenly shot up as he heard a floorboard creek somewhere behind him. "Hello? Who's there? If you plan on killing me you're gonna have to try harder than that."

Alito approached the guy who formerly had his head rested on the table. "If I was trying, you'd know it. Or, rather, you wouldn't. Because you'd be dead. Or something like that." He circled the table, glancing around at the room, which had been left in disarray after Lucca's frantic search. "... Looks like you came down here for the same reason I did. No luck, by the looks of it." He slumped against a wall and sighed inwardly. "Hmm... You introduced yourself as Lucca, back then. Actor? Assuming you're telling the truth about that, it's nice to meet you." (// Lucca Bello) |

Lucca looked up at the boy walking towards him. He could tell in the way he walked that he had no bad intentions, but what he said did give him an unsettling chill. "Well that certainly isn't a nice thought. But I guess it's good that you're not here to kill me."
Lucca watched as the boy looked around the room at the mess he had made, feeling a bit embarrassed at this. He's usually pretty tidy, but in a situation like this, tidiness didn't even matter. "...Yeah, sorry about the mess. I guess I just kinda went...overboard." Lucca coughed, as if some pun hating demon had tried to choke him for what he just said.
"Oh and yes, my name is Lucca. Lucca Bello. Well, I don't even know your name, but its nice to meet you as well." Lucca smiled at the boy, happy that he may actually make a friend there.

"That pun waa awful. Also, my name's Alito." He looked the actor up and down, as if trying to determine if he was a threat. He seemed to be on the friendly and trusting side. Lucca blushed, he didn't even try to make that pun, it just kind of happened. But yes, it was awful either way. Alito, huh? Nice name. "Well Alito, its nice to meet you. I hope we get along here, despite the circumstances."
But then there was the question of their missing memories. How was i possible that all of them have lost their memories from when the entered Hope's Peak to now. It's too strange to be a coincidence. "Well, honestly I have no idea. All I know is that out lost memories did not come from a natural cause, someone must have done something to us that caused it. And I'm gonna guess the one that made us forget, is the same person who put us here in this ship..."
"So, um do you think one of us is gonna kill someone?" Lucca looked around nervously, as if he was talking about some taboo subject, which he actually kind of was.

"Hmm..." Alito vaulted up onto the table and looked down at Lucca. "Probably, yeah. I mean, it's either that or we all die." He looked up at the ceiling pensively. "I mean, even a person with good intentions could theoretically sacrifice themself, or kill someone dangerous, then make the murder obvious so that everyone else gets to live." Reaching up, he rested his hand on the ceiling and pushed upwards, testing to see if maybe something would give. "Incidentally, the food was here. That means it's still on the ship, unless psycho bear is lying. We could potentially find it somehow... Dunno where it could be, though." (// Lucca Bello) |

Lucca was taken by surprise when Alito had jumped up on the table. Jeez, what is he? Like the SHSL Acrobat or something? But what he said was true, if no one kills, then we all die. "Yeah...the fact that one of us may turn into a murderer just kinda..freaks me out, ya know?"
"That's true I guess..." He was right, a sacrifice would be the heroic and noble thing to do, as was making the murder of someone dangerous obvious. but even so, is anyone here courageous enough to do that? If thing ever got too bad, Lucca may be the one having to make the tough decision whether to sacrifice himself or not.
"Yeah, It must be here somewhere, food just doesn't disappear into thin air." Lucca was thinking of all the possible places that bear could have hidden the food, the dining was the only place he had checked so far, so there's a ton of places the food could be. Lucca got up from his seat and headed toward the door. "Hey Alito, I'm gonna go try to look in some other rooms for where the food might be. If I find anything I'll come let you know." And with that, Lucca was off on his quest for food.
